Intelatech Ltd have supported us for the last 10 years in an approachable and friendly manner, which speaks for itself. We enjoy an excellent relationship and their assistance and guidance is invaluable to our school. New products, services and improvements are suggested, which is much appreciated.
The support desk service is second to none, with all staff willing to go the extra mile.
During school closure, due to COVID-19, home learning put pressure on our IT resources. Through the service desk, the Intelatech team resolved all our problems quickly, by either accessing our system in the background remotely or attending the school in person if necessary.
We have a dedicated technician, Lewis, who understands our issues because he has got to know our school. His commitment and reliability ensures that Hollingworth Primary School is always IT ready.
