Our Silver package comprises of 1/2 a days onsite IT Support per week. This is a minimum requirement to keep you IT systems running throughout the year.  For bigger projects, New IT suites, upgrading of Servers or Networks, additional time will be needed during the school holidays.

Our Gold package comprises of 1 days onsite IT Support per week. This gives one of our technicians more time on managing your IT systems throughout the year.  Working closely with your ICT Coordinator to get the most out of your IT budgets, Planning upgrades and eventual deployment of new technology throughout the school year.  The additional time enables us to help with any website maintenance / compliance you may need help with.  For bigger projects, New IT suites, upgrading of Servers or Networks, additional time will be needed during the school holidays.

Our Platinum package comprises of 2 days of IT Support per week. This gives one of our technicians more time on managing your IT systems throughout the year.  Focusing on your schools IT Infrastructure as well as the day to day IT Issues.  Working closely with your ICT Coordinator to get the most out of your IT budgets, Planning and deployment of new technology throughout the school year.  The additional time enables us to help with either the creation of a new school website or maintenance / compliance you may need help with on your current website.  The additional day enables installation of New IT suites, upgrading of Servers or Networks during term time.
